What's included In Debutant?

Specifically designed courses to challenge & inspire

Your coaches have designed all-encompassing courses that encompass various areas of your development, with each tier building upon the knowledge and skills you have acquired in previous levels. These Tiers cover essential topics such as Mindset, Nutrition, Self-Growth, Recovery, Training, and more. Each course is designed to provide you with valuable information, engaging activities, and opportunities to enhance your understanding and acquire the necessary knowledge to become a better person and a better athlete.

Start from the basics

The first level is the Debutant tier, where all members will commence their journey. You will have one year to navigate the course and accomplish all activities. You must successfully complete both the online course and the physical testing to advance to the next tier. 

Throughout the year, your coach will create individualised training programs to support your development and progression through the Debutant tier. They will always be there to provide guidance, advice, and motivation regarding the course topics and the physical benchmarks.
