YOUTH ATHLETE PERFORMANCE PROJECT
This Athlete Performance Project was inspired by the movie The Motivation Factor. The movie is based on President JFK's desire to provide every senior school student the opportunity to reach their peak physical fitness by the time they left school. This program was a huge success, and we want to provide the same opportunity to YOU!
This project has been designed to challenge you and develop you mentally, physically, and emotionally. To instil in you the discipline and confidence you need to achieve your goals, both as an athlete and in life.
